Every call recording, lead, message, and customer record belongs to you. If you cancel, we export everything and delete our copies within 30 days. We will never sell, share, or use your data to train AI models. Your business data stays in your account and nowhere else.
We only access what we need to run your system. That means your CRM data, call logs, and messaging channels. We do not access your personal email, financial accounts, or anything outside the scope of the systems we manage. Team members are assigned on a per-client basis. Nobody gets blanket access.
AI call recordings are stored securely and available in your dashboard. You can download or delete them at any time. SMS and email messages sent on your behalf follow A2P compliance standards, including opt-in consent, STOP handling, and frequency limits. We never send messages without your approval of the content and audience.
