We build custom websites and deploy AI-powered systems for local businesses, and manage social media engagement through our Facebook and Instagram business accounts.

Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

We do not collect private information from your social media profile beyond what you make publicly visible.

How We Use Your Data

Responding to inquiries: When you comment on our posts, send us a message, or call our phone lines, we use your information to provide a personalized response about our services
Lead management: If you express interest in our services (e.g., commenting a keyword like "AUDIT" or "DEMO," filling out a contact form, or responding to an outreach email), we log your inquiry to ensure timely follow-up
AI-powered communications: Our AI agents may respond to your calls, texts, or chat messages using your business name and the information you provide
Service delivery: If you become a client, we use your contact and business information to build your website, configure your AI agents, and deliver ongoing services
Payment processing: We use Stripe to securely process subscription payments and one-time charges

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS/MMS Messaging

If you provide your phone number or interact with our AI systems, you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service-related notifications and follow-ups
AI-generated responses to your inquiries

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Your mobile phone number and opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption:

Client and lead data is stored in encrypted databases (Supabase) with row-level security
All API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers
Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely via Twilio
Access is restricted to authorized KalnyesGrowth team members only

Data Retention

We retain lead and inquiry data for up to 12 months from your last interaction with us. Client data is retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 12 months. Call recordings are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of any data we hold about you
Deletion: Request that we delete your data
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data
Opt-out: Stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or emailing us

Stripe: Secure payment processing for subscriptions and one-time charges
Supabase: Encrypted database hosting for client and lead data
Anthropic (Claude): AI assistance for drafting personalized responses and powering AI agents
Vercel: Cloud hosting for our web applications and automation tools

Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies and data protection standards.

Facebook and Instagram Data

Our use of Facebook and Instagram data is limited to:

Reading and responding to comments on our own business Page and Instagram account
Sending direct messages to users who interact with our content
Publishing content to our own accounts

We do not access data from any Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts other than our own. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry about our services.

Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your data:

Include your name and how you interacted with us (social media, phone, website, or as a client)
We will confirm deletion within 5 business days
